Rhino Truck Lube Centres is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Woodstock This role will effectively deal with customers and fleet companies to resolve outstanding invoices, deductions and interact closely with the sales, customer service and operations on outstanding accounts. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for daily administration of cash receipts and debit notes and following procedures to ensure accurate and timely resolution of deductions, and that collections are up to date. This role will be a hybrid office/home based position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Invoice Processing and account reconciliation.
- Reconciling and approving invoices through various fleet portals including ARI, Auto Integrate and Element.
- Full cycle processing of accounts receivable functions.
- Handling large volumes of remittances receipts.
- Resolving account discrepancies through documentation investigation.
- Maintaining current relationships with customers by providing timely statements, customer service, and communication.
- Analyzing aging receivable reports on a weekly basis.
- Monthly balancing of Accounts Receivable sub ledger to General Ledger.
- Reviewing processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Working in an environment of cross-training and assistance with other accounting-related tasks.
- Manage performance targets for the Accounts Receivable team.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly reporting.
- Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Order supplies and materials for the office as required.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and account set ups.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

**Skills & Education/Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Post secondary education in related field an asset.
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems.

Professional level experience in MS Office suite.

English, proficient verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
