As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for the following:
- Collections from Customers
- Resolution of customer issues
- Compiling daily deposit amounts
- Follow up and communication with customers, Sales Department and Credit Manager
- Investigation of short and overpayments
- Providing Customer Statements
- Complete non-CCOF Credit card payments
- Oversee organization of files, including paper and electronic files.
- Respond to internal and external AR accounting inquiries.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
You will succeed at this role if you have:
- AR experience
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Very well organized and the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel experience required
- Experience with accounting systems and reporting tools
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and interacting with multiple departments and all levels of the organization
**Salary**: $16.37-$27.06 per hour
