**Job Overview**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Cold call within your target market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Maintain client databases and lead generation activity records with accuracy
- Work with team to develop proposals that cater to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives while utilizing a variety of styles to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Participate in the entire sales process from pricing to developing pitches to closing
- Handle challenges and obstacles by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Actively support and coordinate processes between operations and customers
- Prospect, negotiate and close sales with potential new clients and build strong relationships exclusively
- Self-generate and develop business opportunities with new clients
- Rate quotes and provide solutions through sales offers, services and benefits to prospective and existing customers
- Strategize to increase sales volume and improve quality, efficiency and sell price of existing services
- Strategize to maintain and/ or improve company profit margin
- Secure meetings and exceed sales targets and work as a dependable team player
- Work with team to develop proposals that cater to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives while utilizing a variety of styles to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Working on projects and multi-tasking
- Highly motivated sales dealing experience with commission sales
- Multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Initiative to learn, improve and grow within company and is willing to go the extra mile for clients
- Perform additional duties as assigned

**Employment Requirements**
- University or College degree with business/ financial knowledge (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good command with MS Office Suite

**Preferred Employment Requirements**
- Experience in a sales capacity is an asset but not required, training will be provided
- Good understanding of profit margin and markup on cost
- Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics is an asset
- Must be an energetic, adaptable, highly organized individual with a self-starter personality
- Negotiation skills with an ability to qualify leads effectively
- Strong geographical knowledge of North America is an asset
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to preserve though rejection and maintain company standards

**Salary**
- $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year + Commission
- Lucrative commission structure

**Schedule**
- Monday - Friday
- Work location: In person (on-site)
