**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Real Estate Management**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Financial Strategy and Planning**:

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide insightful analysis to support key business decisions.

2. **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and financial reporting standards.

3. **Financial Reporting**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Provide regular financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Maintain transparency and integrity in financial reporting.

4. **Cash Flow Management**:

- Manage cash flow to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Optimize working capital and liquidity to meet business needs.

5. **Investment Analysis**:

- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial analysis for potential projects.
- Collaborate with the executive team to assess the financial feasibility of new ventures.

6. **CPA Expertise**:

- A CPA designation is a plus.
- Utilize CPA skills to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy.

7. **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment, and development.
- CPA designation is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Track record of successful financial management in a rapidly evolving business environment.
