**How you will make a difference**:
Develop, lead, and execute a data-oriented marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and product, utilizing a variety of B2B marketing tactics.
Lead and drive all marketing tactics across the funnel, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, trade shows/events, ABM, and outbound business development.
Develop and own all marketing KPIs (goals and objectives) at a high-level as well as by tactic, monitoring, measuring, and optimizing on a weekly basis, with a focus on driving demand generation and pipeline.
Own, refine, and align product value propositions and supporting messaging across primary and secondary verticals as well as ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), working closely with Product Marketing.
Support the sales organization with customer marketing collateral, vertical-specific campaigns, etc., to shorten the sales cycle and drive opportunities to close.
Hire, manage, and coach a high-performance marketing team including marketing managers, graphic designers, copywriters, as well as manage agency partners (digital and PR).
Work cross-functionally with executive leadership, as well as Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Tech Support, to deliver against KPIs and growth targets.
Stay up-to-date with consumer, industry, and technology trends and make strategic decisions based on the insights gathered.
**Preferred qualifications and key skills**:
Proven experience in developing and executing data-oriented marketing strategies across brand, demand generation, and product.
Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, trade shows/events, ABM, and outbound business development.
Demonstrated success in setting and monitoring marketing KPIs and optimizing marketing performance.
Experience in product value proposition development and messaging.
Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of managing and coaching high-performance marketing teams.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Ability to understand and analyze consumer, industry, and technology trends and make strategic decisions based on insights.
Experience within a disruptive technology is a bonus.
**Minimum qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B marketing.
5+ years of leadership experience
Hold a valid driver’s license and valid passport
10% travel within North America for trade shows/events
Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
