**Summary**

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of procedures and controls to ensure appropriate inventory levels are achieved at all times. Primary responsibilities include communicating and coordinating incoming and outgoing orders with relevant partners, scheduling of inbound materials and components, and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained for branch requirements.

**Job Duties**
- Implement and maintain inventory procedures and controls.
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels are achieved at all times.
- Communicate and coordinate incoming and outgoing orders with relevant partners.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Verify and receive purchase orders.
- Process internal branch transfers.
- Schedule customer pickups and branch transfers.
- Identify discrepancies between inventory records and take action.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Grade 12 education, preference to Post Secondary Diploma in a related field.
- 3+ years of inventory control management experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional planning and resource allocation skills.
