The Inventory Control Coordinator reports directly to the Order Fulfillment Supervisor and plays a key role in managing the data entry of purchase orders, allocation of product for purchase orders, and inventory control.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and verify availability and quantity of requested product for incoming and outgoing orders
  • Creation of Production Orders in ERP system
  • Allocation of product for purchase orders, and others where required.
  • Inventory control and issuance of excise stamps in casing process with proper documentation
  • Clearly communicate PO priorities with team members
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of Production Orders after the Casing of requested bulk cannabis product
  • Preparing shipping documentation (Purolator Shipping labels/Packing Slips)
  • Enter shipment information for all outgoing purchase orders
  • Ensure data from all Inventory and Casing activities is accurately recorded into the ERP system and any discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner
  • Reconcile physical inventory count to generated reports, ensuring accurate records are maintained in ERP system
  • Organize and manage inventory documentation and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations
  • Adhere to BOLD standard operating procedures
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize inventory process
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Expectations**

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to organize/prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in excel
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility

**Work Conditions**

  • Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day
  • Overtime available as needed
  • Indoor conditions
