**Your Role & Responsibilities: Orchestrating the Guest Experience**
As the Floor Manager, you will be the heart of our service operation. You will:
- **Lead & Inspire**: Mentor, coach, and energize the Floor team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining our high-energy, positive atmosphere.
- **Orchestrate the Floor**: Manage daily restaurant operations, including seating strategy, reservation flow, and staff positioning to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- **Champion Hospitality**: Act as the ultimate host, personally engaging with guests to ensure their experience exceeds expectations from the moment they arrive.
- **Develop Your Team**: Train new and existing staff on Blanco Cantina’s high standards of service, menu knowledge, and hospitality.
- **Resolve Challenges**: Proactively and professionally address any guest inquiries or concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.
- **Collaborate Seamlessly**: Work closely with the culinary and back-of-house teams to guarantee a unified and seamless guest experience.
- **Maintain Ambiance**: Uphold the cleanliness, presentation, and vibrant atmosphere of all guest-facing areas.
- **Experience**: You have 2+ years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager) in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. Bartending experience necessary for this position.
- **Leadership Skills**: You are a natural leader with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- **Guest-Obsessed**: You have a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments for every guest.
- **Exceptional Communicator**: You possess strong interpersonal skills to connect effortlessly with guests and your team.
- **Highly Organized**: You thrive in a bustling environment, able to multitask and prioritize effectively without missing a beat.
- **Flexible Availability**: You have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to lead the team during our busiest times.
