Sales Account Executive

This is an opportunity for someone who loves the open road, the thrill of a sale, and the satisfaction of helping retailers find best-selling, story-rich products.
**Responsibilities**
**Client Sales & Relationship Management**
- Sell company apparel lines to casinos, boutiques, and resort retailers within assigned regions.
- Maintain existing accounts and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Present seasonal collections with a strong understanding of design, fit, and merchandising needs.
- Conduct on-site meetings, product presentations, and fit sessions with buyers and retail managers.
**Travel & Territory Management**
- Travel up to 50% (approx. 2 weeks per month) for face-to-face sales visits.
- Organize and optimize travel schedules for maximum efficiency and account coverage.
- Represent Ameri Selections at trade shows, showcasing new seasonal collections
**Sales Performance & Reporting**
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and account status updates.
- Track sales orders, inventory availability, and customer feedback.
**Collaboration & Product Knowledge**
- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to relay market feedback and delivery needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Assist with seasonal sales meetings and line previews at Ameri Selections office.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of field sales experience in the apparel, fashion, or wholesale industry.
- You are a born relationship builder who thrives in face-to-face environments.
- Existing relationships with casinos, boutiques, or resort buyers is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (valid driver’s license and/or passport).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own travel schedule.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while on the road.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, order entry software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A born relationship builder who thrives in face-to-face environments.
**Work Conditions**
- Frequent travel required, including overnight stays.
- Work from company office when not traveling.
- Set up client appointments with existing and new potential clients from our head office
- Must be comfortable carrying samples and setting up displays during visits.
