**Description**

The part-time **_Agent Care Expert, (ACE), _**considers themself a customer service guru. Working collaboratively with the other ACE team members and Branch Administrators, they assist agents with system support and training and play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role provides the agent’s voice to our internal teams and is someone that is genuinely excited to help our agents while providing patience, empathy, problem-solving and strong communication skills.

This is a 4-month part-time contract role with the potential of becoming full-time permanent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in effective collaboration and communication with ACE, Administrators, Deals, and Accounting teams to address and resolve the agents' questions and concerns efficiently.
- Verify that all documentation is correctly uploaded and submitted to the agent portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a comprehensive library of training materials, benefiting both agents and internal staff.
- Serve as an advocate for agents by proactively informing the ACE Manager and platform development teams about emerging issues and recurring themes you observe.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by Management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the real estate industry an asset
- Knowledge of RAHR’s Agent Portal an asset
- Outstanding customer service skills with ability to operate calmly and efficiently
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Must have experience using Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, BrokerWolf, Lonewolf, comfortable and a quick learner of new software
- Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced work environment
