The **Assistant Project Manager** plays a critical role in supporting the completion of Rapid Re-Image projects for our QSR clients located throughout the US & Canada. This role is client-facing and will work collaboratively with franchise owners, trades, subcontractors, building officials, and the other Archmill House team members. This position is a hybrid between work from home and onsite based upon project schedule - Expect approximately 30% travel required. Projects typically last from one to four weeks.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Assist in overseeing total construction efforts to ensure the project is constructed as planned.
- Support in managing Milestone reports.
- Help schedule, coordinate, and inspect the construction activities of trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assist in holding subcontractors accountable for complete work consistent with Archmill’s standards.
- Maintain positive relations with customers and customer representatives, including vendors and employees.
- Analyze problems and recommend solutions; keep management informed of any issues related to assigned schedules and commitments.
- Project set-up tasks within Smartsheet & Procore.
- Document control within project workflows.
- Attend meetings with Head of Delivery, take notes, distribute minutes.
- Perform follow-up for various tasks until completed.
- Manage smaller scale projects with Head of Deliver oversight.
- Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project records are up-to-date and accessible.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of two (2) years of job site and/or construction project management experience.
- 2+ years of Design-build experience preferred.
- 2+ years of overseeing sub-contractors and assisting in driving the project schedule.
- Strong understanding of all phases of construction and an ability to read and interpret construction documents, schedules, and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and computer software skills.
- Strong work ethic, pride in work, team orientation, acute attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time.
