General Office/Operations Assistant (South Surrey) Part-Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide clerical support to the team, including document filing and data entry.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with scheduling tasks, and answering phone calls.
- Assist with work order entry and inventory management.
- Participate in the ongoing implementation, and monitoring of the health and safety program.
- Manage safety records, documentation, and reporting requirements, including accurate and up-to-date records of safety incidents, inspections, and training records.
- Provide support to field staff.
- Other duties as required.
**Experience**:
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent sand Safe Driving Skills
Requirement:
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Excellent English Language Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Computer Skills
Please note that this is a general business operation assistant position with a wide range of responsibilities as directed. The specific duties may vary based on the needs of the organization.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
