As a leader in process intelligence technology, Skan leverages computer vision and machine learning to help organizations be greater at business by triangulating insights from people, processes, and technologies to accelerate business transformation.

**Location**

As a Business Value Consultant, you will lead the business value journey for our customers and act as a trusted advisor, guiding them with solutions strategy, value consulting, value model innovation, training, and enablement. You will work closely with our customer success teams to implement the customer value journey throughout the pilot and production engagements. You will also participate in standardizing templates and value-driven outcomes by industry and process, which can be subsequently leveraged in similar projects and serve as a baseline for the team and build a strong knowledge repository in-house. The key measures of success of this role will be the delivery of a traceable value model and outcomes aligned to customer business challenges and stakeholder goals.

**What You'll Do**:

- Build trust and relationships with key customer stakeholders to guide them through the value management journey to maximize the ROI from investments in Skan platform
- Understand customer business objectives, strategies, and key challenges and transform them into compelling use cases and relevant metrics for customers and productize value-based metrics
- Drive business adoption of Skan and demonstrate a continuous value realization over time
- Document and templatize value management framework and templates, including statement of value, analytics design for value, business value metrics and calculators, business value recommendations
- Ability to internalize and draw conclusions jointly with customers based on their data and propose potential process improvement solutions
- Work with Skan data analysts to present and articulate key metrics and KPI's for our customers. E.g. NPS (Net Promoter Score), AHT (Average Handle Time) etc.
- Create presentations with high level of creativity to bring out powerful business value through insights and stories and present to internal and external stakeholders
- Deeply collaborate with clients' digital transformation teams/initiatives and understand their priorities and challenges in order to facilitate the adoption of Skan's cloud-hosted solutions (SaaS)
- Continuous education and skill development in Digital Transformation, intelligent automation, Business model innovation, process Improvement methodologies and practices to provide effective client solution consultation

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Bring**

**Need to have**
- An overall experience of 5+ years in the area of process consulting, operational excellence, business transformation and intelligent automation
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a process mining consultant
- Industry experience in Insurance, Banking, Finance or Health Care
- Previous experience with implementing Lean Six Sigma, BPM and/or continuous improvement capabilities
- Must be proficient in presentation and communication skills (spoken and written)

**Nice to have**
- Experience in implementing process mining solutions like UiPath, Celonis, Minit, Soroco, etc.
- Good balance of implementation, business, and technical skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Experience with change management techniques
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working at a fast-growing tech start-up / B2B SaaS
