**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to optimize performance and productivity.
- Analyze operations, workflows, and processes to recommend improvements.
- Deliver actionable insights and hands-on support to address specific business needs.
- Work on projects in diverse industries, including healthcare, technology, and professional services.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and Muncoro leadership to ensure project success.
- Support organizational growth by identifying opportunities for innovation and scaling operations.
- Provide expertise in specific industries or domains as required by individual projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar role.
- Expertise in at least one of the following industries: healthcare, technology, or professional services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to assess organizational performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- A collaborative approach with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Pay: $68.00-$88.00 per hour
