**We're Hiring: Experienced Digital Marketer - Automotive Dealership**

Are you a results-driven **Digital Marketer** with a passion for lead generation and campaign optimization? Our fast-growing automotive dealership is looking for a skilled digital marketing professional to manage and scale our paid advertising across all major platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in digital marketing
- Hands-on expertise in managing paid ads on **Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat**:

- Deep understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and ROI optimization
- Experience with **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush**, and other marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on **lead quality and cost-efficiency**:

- Ability to manage ad budgets and maximize returns
- Bonus: Experience in **automotive marketing**:

- Bonus: Skills in **graphic design or Canva**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
- Provide regular reports on campaign metrics and ROI
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to align lead generation goals
- Contribute to creative direction for ads and landing pages
- Stay updated on digital trends and platform updates
