Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven 
Marketing Professional
 to manage and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage social media accounts (content creation, posting, engagement, analytics)
  • Assist with branding, promotions, and community events
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, presentations, email campaigns, basic graphics)
  • Coordinate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
  • Support website updates, SEO basics, and online presence
  • Help promote seminars, workshops, and client events

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or social media management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, email platforms)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required
