**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement **comprehensive marketing strategies** to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients as part of retention strategies
- Execute **marketing initiatives tailored to real estate agents**, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for self-branding and promotion.
- Manage and optimize **CRM marketing tools** to streamline client outreach and engagement.
- Monitor **market trends and competitor activities** to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- **5+ years** of experience in digital marketing, with at least **2+ years in a real estate brokerage marketing role**.
- Proven experience in **real estate marketing strategies, lead generation, and agent branding**.
- Strong knowledge of **digital marketing platforms**, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with agents, leadership, and external partners.
- Familiarity with **graphic design tools** (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working with **RE/MAX or other leading real estate brokerages**.
- Understanding of **real estate market trends, agent marketing needs, and property advertising strategies**.
- Knowledge of **MLS systems and real estate data platforms**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
