**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with customers and members of Essex’s sales team to develop tailored financial solutions based on a customers unique circumstance.
- Aid in implementing and managing credit department projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry associates.
- Aid Essex management and stakeholders in meeting corporate goals.
- Possess a desire to find solutions that balance customer needs and financial risks.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be professional, ambitious, and self-motivated with a high sense of integrity.
- Demonstrates strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and data accuracy, alongside strong organizational skills.
- Be proficient in quickly learning new software and processes.
- Have a natural ability to build authentic customer relationships and interact effectively with a broad spectrum of employees at all levels.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

**Required Education and Experience**
- Post-Secondary Degree in relevant field: Business Marketing, Commerce preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Equipment Finance / Leasing Industry preferred.
