**Position Overview**

We are currently hiring for **both full-time and part-time Retail Beverage Sales Associates**. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that values service, education, and hospitality. You’ll guide customers in selecting wines, spirits, beers, and liqueurs, while building your own expertise through tastings, training, and hands-on learning.

**No formal training is required,** but a polished, professional presence and a genuine eagerness to learn are mandatory. We’ll give you the tools, but it’s your curiosity, enthusiasm, and career-driven mindset that will make you successful here.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Experience**: Provide personalized recommendations, helping customers discover the right beverage for any occasion.
- **Product Knowledge**: Share approachable information about wine regions, varietals, spirits, beer styles, cocktail ideas, and pairings.
- **Professional Presentation**: Maintain a polished and approachable appearance that reflects the ZYN brand.
- **Sales & Service**: Support sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of every interaction.
- **Continuous Learning**: Participate in tastings, training sessions, and ongoing education to build your career knowledge.
- **Store Standards**: Keep displays neat, shelves stocked, and the store environment welcoming.
- **Collaboration**: Work as part of a team that supports one another and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
