**Job Summary**
We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help us serve customers, manage inventory, and merchandise the store. If you're enthusiastic about craft beer, wine, or spirits and love helping people discover their next favorite beverage, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service and beverage recommendations
- Educate customers about craft beer, wine, and spirits
- Receive, stock, and organize new inventory
- Maintain clean, well-merchandised displays
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
- Assist with in-store tastings and events
- Follow all AGLC and company policies

**Requirements**:

- ProServe certification (required)
- Experience with craft beer (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of wine and spirits an asset
- Retail or hospitality experience an asset
- Familiarity with POS and inventory systems an asset
