**Land Agent, Based in Fort St. John**
- _
- Work under the supervision of a senior land agent
- Complete consultation / notification with various stakeholders pertaining to energy and renewable projects
- Act as a liaison between industry clients and landowners
- Negotiate rental reviews, surface lease agreements, right of way agreements for wellsites and pipelines
- Administering and maintaining files, both electronic and hard copy
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be mature, neat and highly organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License, satisfactory driver’s abstract, and reliable transportation
- General knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry
- An agricultural background would be an asset
- Related education and / or previous experience would also be an asset.
