**THE OPPORTUNITY**: BRITT RADIUS is seeking an Intermediate BC Surface Land Agent to join our growing team.

**THE JOB**: BC Surface Land Agent, Intermediate

**TO LAND THIS ROLE and excel in it, you need to be the right fit and be amazing at**:

- Carrying out Land Agent functions i.e. negotiations, acquisitions, consultations, stakeholder / community engagement, strategic planning / solutions, etc. in an efficient and quality driven manner while meeting client and project deadlines
- Knowledge of BC regulations, and are experienced with conducting consultations and executing surface land acquisitions
- Maintaining communication with key stakeholders i.e. clients, landowners, regulatory officials, government agencies and Project Managers
- Providing sound advice on complex surface rights projects for diverse client groups operating in various industries
- CER, SRB and large linear project knowledge are considered significant assets

**REQUIRED**:5+ Years' experience as a Surface Land Agent - Reside in or around the Fort St. John area **relocation incentive available** - Graduation from an accredited land agent program - Permanent Land Agent License preferred - Valid Driver’s License - Regional experience in BC - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous, high-pressure environment - Working knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant land legislation and regulations - Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity
