Assistant Service Manager/warranty Clerk

Aurora Hyundai is currently looking for an Assistant Service Manager/Warranty -Preparations of warranty claims and submission to corp. for review and processing e.g. ensuring correct docs. and notes are obtained
- Staying current with bulletins, recalls, service campaigns, and warranty coverage types
- Resolutions of customer complaints to rectify issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPI'S and NPS to ensure that key metrics and goals are met, and the survey response rate is maintained
- Backfill service advisor role when required and Service Mgr as well Aiist Part's dept. where required-Web DCS and Microcat.
- Informal mentoring and coaching of the service team where required
- Assisting accounting to ensure payroll calculations, reconile of credit card statements

**-Monitoring shop flow, as well as Engine/Transmission Repair list**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- service advisor/warranty: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
