**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial information and reports.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment approvals.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions.
- Execute account reconciliation tasks to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage or Xero for various financial tasks.
- Support the finance team with additional administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar finance-related role.
- Strong knowledge of account analysis, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quickbooks and/or Zoho Books.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
