Saskatoon, Canada Mobil Grain Ltd Full time

The position is based in **Delisle SK**(25 mins west of Saskatoon) but the majority of the work is elsewhere on the two rail lines. This position will include nights away from home - accommodations and meals will be covered by the company.

We offer a **health benefits package after 3 months** of full-time work, as well as an optional **retirement savings plan after 6 months** full-time.

**Duties may include**:

- operating track units in a safe, efficient, and appropriate manner
- performing daily inspections and minor equipment repairs
- assisting in unload/distribution of track material (rail, ties, spikes, plates, etc.)
- correcting deviations in track surface, alignment, and gauge
- crossing repair work
- culvert repair work
- weed/grass trimming
- maintenance of railroad switches
- operation of tools and/or equipment
- upkeep of sidings

**The successful applicant must**:

- have a strong work ethic
- willing to keep an open mind (tasks will not be the same every day)
- be committed to working safely and responsibly
- willing to work in a positive, respectful environment
- be a team player, willing to pull their weight to get the job done
- have a valid driver's licence
- **experience operating track equipment (Spiker, Plate Jack, Spike Puller, Snow Fighter, Tamper, Regulator, etc.) is an asset**:

- **railroad and/or agricultural background is an asset**:

- successful pre-employment drug test required
