- Expertise and experience in Indigenous language reclamation and in addressing Truth and Reconciliation in educational contexts.
- A demonstrated commitment to social justice and anti-racist pedagogies.
- A strong research agenda with potential for external funding success, aligned with Indigenous education, Indigenous knowledge systems, and reconciliation initiatives.
- A commitment to working collaboratively with Indigenous communities and incorporating Indigenous worldviews in research and teaching practices.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, with a focus on Indigenous education, Truth and Reconciliation in the Canadian educational context, and related curricular methods.
2. Engaging with Indigenous communities and fostering partnerships to advance community-based educational initiatives.
