**Summary**

Under the direction of the **Chief Executive Officer,** the **Games Manager** is responsible but not limited to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all casino games, managing a team of dealers, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of casino games, and a passion for delivering an exceptional gaming experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the gaming floor, including table games, card games, and other casino offerings.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of dealers, ensuring they adhere to established procedures, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Monitor and evaluate dealer performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary to maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce game rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the integrity of the games.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize game occupancy and maximize revenue while ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests.
- Monitor game performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement or adjustments to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as surveillance, security, and marketing, to ensure the overall smooth operation of the casino and the delivery of a seamless guest experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new game releases, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions and recommendations for the casino's game offerings.
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to game performance, player activity, and any incidents or disputes that may arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a casino environment, with a strong focus on table games.
- Passed the written, practical and oral examination given by AGLC, preferred or willing to take the test
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of casino games, including but not limited to blackjack, poker, roulette and baccarat
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a diverse team of dealers.
- Strong understanding of casino regulations, gaming control systems, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced,
