Vision Truck Group is looking for an experienced afternoon **Shop Foreman** to lead and support our talented team at our growing Brampton location. This is your opportunity to join one of Ontario’s leading full-service heavy truck dealerships—representing premium brands Mack and Volvo—and be part of a team known for exceptional service, rapid repairs, and a technician-first culture.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the **afternoon shift** operation (4:30 PM - 2:00 AM) in our Brampton shop, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Support, coach, and mentor a team of technicians, apprentices, and service staff.
- Dispatch repair work and monitor progress, ensuring uptime expectations are met.
- Assist in diagnostics and repairs when needed, especially on complex jobs or when mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to drive effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment aligned with Vision’s high standards.

**What You Bring**:

- **Licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician** (minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience).
- Proven **leadership or foreman** experience in a heavy-duty truck repair environment.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical expertise—**Mack and/or Volvo experience preferred**.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage technicians and apprentices with confidence and fairness.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering work on time.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
