We are a well established auto repair shop that takes pride in it's work and reputation along with the relationships we've built, and continue to build. We offer automotive repairs, alignments, safety inspections and specialize in diagnostics. We have a great team and customer base that makes the day enjoyable.

We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to manage the shop and employees currently working. You need Automotive Experience to be able to deal with explanations to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on vehicles
- Supervise and mentor technicians and apprentices
- Monitor repair quality and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards
- Distribute updated service and technical information
- Coordinate workflow and scheduling to maximize shop productivity
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Enforce safety protocols and address potential hazards
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and personnel decisions
- Contribute to operational reporting and budgeting

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Licensed 310S
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in diagnostics for both gas and diesel engines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and shop management software
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license
- Physically able to lift and move equipment or parts over 50 lbs

Hours are 9 AM - 5 PM
Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mitchell 1 Software: 2 years (preferred)
- automotive technician: 6 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- 310S License (preferred)
