**What You’ll Do**:
- In collaboration with internal departments, builds and manages the school’s social media strategy and content calendar to highlight our academic and co-curricular program.- Creates, edits and posts content across the school’s social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and reach.- Stays up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates, and provides strategic recommendations on which trends align best with the school’s voice, mission, and strategy.- Works closely with employees to stay abreast of what’s happening around the school and to share classroom learning, community events and school news on social media.- Uses social channels to tell the stories of key strategic initiatives, including Athletics and Boarding.- Serves as a ‘roving reporter’ to uncover and develop compelling stories across the school community.- Monitors social media conversations and reports areas of concern to school leaders when necessary.- Measures and analyzes social media performance, and provides insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.- Elevates brand awareness, fosters community engagement and ensures alignment with broader marketing goals.

**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.- Experience implementing integrated social media strategies that drive strategic business objectives.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the school year.- Having a strong personal social media presence is a plus but not necessary.- Demonstrated experience creating innovative social media content.- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and associated metrics.- Knowledgeable about industry best practices and trends in social media.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Creative, resourceful, enthusiastic, a self-starter and a team player.
