**Position Summary**: Power Soccer is currently seeking various age group assistant coaches who will be working alongside the club’s head coach and technical director, developing and overseeing the implementation of the club’s philosophy and game model while also maximizing the experience for players

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn/understand and execute the Power Soccer identity and Philosophy and principles.
- Coordinating with the Head Coach in planning sessions.
- Ability to design and implement training sessions based on the 5 functions of the game.
- Provide direction and mentorship to the desired age group.
- Create and document all session plans using the provided template.
- Show high level of communication skills with players/parents/colleagues
- Attend all club provided coach education days: Classroom and Field.
- Provide player feedback.

**MINIMUM HIRING QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & CHARACTERISTICS**
- Respect in Sport
- Making Headway
- Making Ethical Decisions
- Learn to Train.
- Minimum 1 years coaching experience.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Resourceful, enthusiastic, focused and motivated to find solutions
- Great communication skills and a team player
- Strong work ethic and flexible attitude
- Possess a working Visa to be eligible to work in Canada
- Adaptable to coach at various ages and levels of ability
- Use of a vehicle

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
