**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy.
- Teach fundamental soccer techniques including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive skills.
- Organize and lead practices, ensuring that all players are engaged and learning effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Plan and manage game day activities including warm-ups, strategy discussions, and post-game evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding schedules, expectations, and player progress.
- Stay updated on coaching techniques and soccer trends to continually enhance coaching methods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in coaching soccer at any level is preferred.
- C license or Soccer for life, active start is preferred
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- A passion for working with youth athletes and helping them achieve their potential both on and off the field.
- Knowledge of swimming is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to incorporate swimming techniques into training sessions is encouraged.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by practice schedules or games.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but can be obtained upon hiring. Join our team as a Soccer Coach where you can make a significant impact on young athletes' lives while sharing your love for the sport

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
