**Key Functions/ Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for executives inc. contracts & operations
- Follow up & verification of contract support documents
- Scheduling of meetings via Outlook
- Regular contact with provincial governing bodies as related to our company
- Onboarding of new team members inc. workstation & equipment set-ups,etc.
- Interacting with IT support in set-up of new equipment and troubleshooting
- Assist in filing system organization
- Recognize and prioritize daily & weekly tasks
- Assist in preparation of company functions and events
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Must liaise effectively with all Cairo Development team members
- Other responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience
- Experience in construction industry
- Professional, Conscientious, Pro-active, Self-starter
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with Sharepoint is an asset
- Skilled in use of current office technology
- Ability to work productively both individually and as a team member
- Ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders
