Tractor Operator with Mower

The Tractor Operator's primary function is to operate a tractor with batwing mower and various power tools to maintain right of way (ROW) along busy freeways and interchanges, etc. while maneuvering around traffic, structures, debris and foliage. Operates equipment in compliance with company operating policies, procedures, and safe practices. Expected to assist in other duties as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate Tractor w/ batwing mower on various terrains performing mowing and vegetation removal along roadways
- Understands and demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of the equipment operation
- Performs daily inspections of company equipment and gear as assigned and has skills to perform general maintenance on equipment including tractor, pto mowers, zero turn mowers, etc.
- Learns, understands, and adheres to all safety rules and company safety policies; participates in all safety training sessions offered, Utilizes all appropriate personal protective equipment.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 prior years of previous described operating experience is required.
- Must be able to work independently and lift 50 lbs.
- May be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures.

- workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for long periods.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
