Sales Representative

Korpan Tractor is currently seeking a Product Support Sales Representative.
This position will be responsible for promoting and selling Korpan Tractor Parts and Service capabilities as well as providing after sales support to existing and new customers. It involves establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and manufacturers, solving technical problems, and generating customer solutions.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
Business Development of Preventative Maintenance program - Parts & Service.
- Establishing and building strong customer relationships that allow for new, continual, and ongoing business.
- Communication across internal departments regarding potential opportunities.
- Develop regular call schedules with customers and prepare informative written call reports for management.
- Work with department management to meet budget goals and expand customer base
- Solve technical problems and generate solutions for customers
- Utilizes company sales and promotional resources to generate leads and achieve sales goals.
- Assists customers in implementing equipment, component, parts exchange programs for improving and reduction in customer operational costs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, budgets, and prospect reports
- Prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals (i.e., proactive component replacement/rebuild proposals)
- Collaborates with the department managers to meet quotas, implement sales action plans, and monitor economic trends and new product development
- Initiate direct sales activities with existing customers
- Special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the heavy equipment industry, or related fields.
- Proficiency with computers and office programs such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to drive for extended periods of time.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact well with both customers and fellow colleagues.
**Salary**: $48,793.00-$56,146.00 per year
