Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PPIH) is a global engineered pipe services company offering core competencies in anti-corrosion coatings, insulation solutions, containment systems, leak detection systems, engineering support, field service, and custom fabrication.

Our office, located in Camrose, Alberta is currently recruiting for an **Insulation Project Coordinator** to add to the team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Respond to customer inquiries for product pricing and delivery requirements
- Assist on the schedule to communicate between departments and customer
- Assist with vendor PO’s & customer invoicing by ensuring information is accurate and correct
- Assist with shipping arrangements for finished product
- Ensure the project deliverables are on time Communicate incoming and outgoing deliveries with customer and other support staff
- Assist Sales with quote development and completion
- Providing direction, information and support to all departments
- Administration duties (ie maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports)

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other Office software
