**Projects Coordinator**

**Duties**:

- Sales
- Recruitment of business - costing of jobs and contract negotiations
- Marketing; market analysis, implement advertising campaigns; presentations
- Oversee the production and shipping of goods
- Supervision of staff /assist with the recruitment process
- Develop departmental budgets; monitor financial records
- Establish/maintain referral contacts
- Assist to monitor Community Service Workers
- Maintenance of safety standards; promote a strong safety culture
- Assist in the development of department policies and procedures
- To work as part of the Management team

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous Sales and Marketing experience is an asset
- Relevant post-secondary education is desired; Business Administration preferred
- Business Experience
- Exceptional customer service and public relations skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills
- Business contacts are desirable
- Strong computer skills
- Wood Working/Logistics Experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of individuals

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A valid driver’s license and reliable insured/registered vehicle are required
- Acceptable Police Information Check including Vulnerable Sector
- First Aid/CPR training is an asset
- Driver’s abstract check
- Supervisory Experience
- 7years of business experience preferred
- Please be aware this job requires but are not limited to the following physical demands: frequent lifting, carrying, noise exposure (hearing protection required), normal vision required, pushing pulling, reaching, driving, standing, walking, working inside and outside.
- A complete physical demands analysis will be available
- All employees at this facility are required to undergo periodic hearing evaluations.

**Permanent position; Wages are dependent on qualifications, formal education & experience (7.5 hr/day).**
