We’re looking for energetic and dependable **General Labourers** to support our growing business. **Perma-Pipe Canada, Ltd.** is a dynamic, global supplier of pipe coating solutions and factory pre-insulated piping systems serving the oil & gas, district heating and cooling, and industrial markets. **Required**:

- **Ability to commute**:Camrose, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work** Schedule**: Monday to Friday; Night shift rotation; Weekends as needed
- ** Must Be**: Flexible to work varied shifts, weekends, or on-call assignments as required
- ** Shift**: Must be able to work 10-hour shifts

**Essential Job Functions**
- Perform multiple tasks within the pipe coating processing plant
- Operate panels to ensure pipe coating process remains constant
- Assist in maintenance of foam equipment, inspect foam coating
- Assist in shutdowns and startups
- Assist Forklift Operators in loading and offloading pipe
- Perform pipe rack construction and maintenance
- Assist in preparation for truck loading and offloading
- Participate in safety/tool box meetings
- Participate in on-the-job training and any additional training
- Maintain proper housekeeping in assigned work area
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, equipment and procedures utilized with all coating types - a plus but not required
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions which are applicable to the work - a plus but not required
- Ability to work overtime
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test

**Physical Demands**
- Raise/lower or move objects horizontally.
- Frequent wrist/hand motions.
- Ability to respond quickly to sounds.
- Must move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
- Visual acuity required for accuracy and thoroughness of work.
- ** Standing/walking for more than 90% of shift, including long distances.**:

- Ability to work in extreme weather.

**Work Environment**:

- Active industrial shop with exposure to dust, noise, varying temperatures, and heavy machinery.
- Frequent use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and dust masks as required.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Experience a plus - but NOT required
