We are currently recruiting for a **Customs Coordinator** to join the Supply Chain Management team located in **Calgary.**You will use your knowledge of customs processes to ensure the movement of goods across borders with applicable customs documentation for military aerospace equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address any logistics related issues, such as delays, customs challenges, or production disruptions, and find solutions to minimize disruptions
- Documentation for Department of National Defence (DND) and coordination with Accounting for invoicing around shipments
- Other tasks may include physical packaging and movement of stock, creation of work orders in our custom software system, coordinating the shipment and receipt of goods, and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills
- **In addition to customs duties, you will be expected to be working in a warehouse environment assisting with material handling and shipping/receiving**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 2 years minimum working with customs documentation
- Minimum high school diploma
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Course completion of relevant customs related training
- Transport of Military and/or Aerospace items and relevant tariff code knowledge
- Knowledge of warehouse processes would be an asset
