**Essential Job Functions**:
Business Development: Collaboration with Pastor and Team to recommend, initiate and implement engaging and persuasive marketing initiatives to increase community awareness of the Centre’s value with the goal to increase revenue. This will include research, identification and approach of potential profitable types of use and clients, determination of compelling content, initiation and/or development of marketing materials for print and electronic for various channels, including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and bulletins. Manage and maintain the Centre’s onsite and social media presence, ensuring regular updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries. Preparation and facilitation of rental agreements and any other required documentation. Retainment of existing external and internal relationships with an approach to expanding offerings where identified.
Coordination of Events: Work closely with external clients, existing internal uses, staff team, volunteers and required vendors to coordinate and facilitate events held onsite at the Centre. This can include scheduling, setup/teardown and other required actions to ensure success.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
Work Location: In person
