The Main missions for our Part-time Customer Service Representative will be to provide professional and courteous service to customers during pre and post sales activities for 20-30 hours per week. Provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to customers. Understand and qualify customers' explicit and implicit expectations and create value when connecting with the internal unit/company's resources and customers: (engineering, quality, supply chain, etc...)
- Ensures that offers/quotations/orders are reviewed for completeness and accuracy.
- Knows and follows Segment/Business Unit sales processes.
- Manages communication with customers using all medias available.
- Creates new accounts and maintains data for existing ones.
- Develops relationship with key customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
- Strong sense of urgency and customer service focus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational skills and accountability skills Tactful and diplomatic.
- Displays and fosters a customer-oriented mindset to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- You have a Two-year college or technical school, and you have 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing
- Ability to use general IT such as ERP, Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. French knowledge would be an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $22.50-$23.32 per hour
