**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order tracking and inquires.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential, with proficiency in and Philippines considered valuable assets.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,981.00-$3,120.00 per month

Additional pay:
