Responsibilities:

- Audit and prepare monthly recurring and weekly invoicing.
- Recording payments received
- oversight and reporting of accounts receivable.
- reviewing accounts payable invoices.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Familiarity with phone systems.
- Excellent typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide support to clients or customers
- Good proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Ability to perform general office clerk duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
