**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Development & Prospecting**
- Research and identify new markets and high-potential industries to target.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Book and lead virtual and on-site meetings and product demonstrations.
- Understand client challenges and position our products as tailored solutions.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and requests to close new business.
- Support clients beyond the sale with day-to-day service and communication.
- Handle incoming inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with quoting, order processing, and delivery updates.
**Sales Strategy & Reporting**
- Track and meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach, leads, and new business booked.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales trends, market data, and client feedback to help refine outreach efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns and share insights.
**Customer Support & Operations**
- Assist with RFQs, POs, sales orders, invoices, agreements/contracts, and other documentation.
- Help resolve customer concerns, including shipping delays, quality issues, and general product inquiries.
- Provide general technical assistance related to product options and configurations.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2B environments.
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
**Preferred**
- Experience in outbound sales or new business development.
- Familiarity with architecture, design, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong research skills and ability to analyze commercial markets.
