The Project-Sales Manager role is full-time, offering a highly competitive compensation package including fair wage, benefits and positive company culture. We are looking for an experienced professional to build, plan, schedule, manage and evaluate the activities of our organization’s projects.
**Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following**:
- Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing customers; identify and solicit potential new clients
- Develop sales presentations, proposals and other materials to illustrate benefits from use of products or services
- Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records
- Develop and maintain technical product and service knowledge to explain features to customers and answer questions about products
- Develop, implement and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Perform analysis for demand load, equipment sizing, voltage, elevation, motor and system power factor improvement
- Responsible for producing quotes, providing the correct parts/machines to meet the needs of the customer
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide optimal solutions for customers for machine repairs, returns and inquiries
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Attend conferences and meetings to maintain knowledge in the field
- Maintain communication with transport companies to provide status of orders
- Manage key projects/accounts, including processes and performance
- Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
**Experience and Attributes**:
- College/ CET/ University Degree in Engineering or Business
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales and project management role
- Full G Licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel as needed
- Fluent in both English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Gold Seal Certificate - Project Manager designations are assets
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
