**Overview**

As the Sales/Training Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, General Manager, and supervisors to oversee sales strategies and staff development. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales efforts and ensure all team members receive proper training to provide excellent service.
- Full-time, permanent position
- Approx. 40-44 hours per week
- Must have open availability including weekends

**Pre-Opening Site Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
- Support in the development of training materials and sales procedures
- Ensure all staff members are trained on products, services, and company policies
- Organize and assist in training at different K1 Speed locations, as necessary
- Set up training and sales tracking systems to monitor staff progress

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Monitor and improve the overall customer experience by ensuring excellent customer service
- Conduct training for new hires and ongoing staff development to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interactions
- Foster a team culture focused on customer satisfaction, safety, and teamwork
- Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to upsell products and services and ensure the highest standards of service
- Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee and mentor sales staff, ensuring they meet performance goals and maintain high levels of motivation
- Collaborate with management to establish schedules, staff coverage, and customer service guidelines
- Review staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training as necessary
- Ensure staff follows company policies and protocols while creating a fun and engaging environment
- Conduct regular audits of sales and training procedures to maintain operational excellence

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a sales management role or training-related position
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, retail, or service environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience with sales tracking software and other reporting tools
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
- High school diploma or post-secondary education preferred
- Passion for motorsports and K1 Speed’s brand and mission
- Leading and managing a sales-driven team
- Training staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Handling a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
