Job Title: Controls Service Administrator

Position Purpose / Job Description: Reporting to the Controls Service Office Manager, the Controls Service Administrator will be an essential part of the day-to-day function of the controls service business unit.

Essential Function & Basic Duties
- Providing Office & Sales Support
- Purchasing, tracking, and coordination of materials
- Health & Safety: Coordinating, software admin, equipment tracking
- Day-to-day service tasks using company-built internal software.
- Entering projects, work orders, creating purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Assist with day-to-day dispatching of technicians
- Assist with payroll processing
- Interface with customers and technicians for all the above.

Education & Experience
- College Diploma or University Degree
- Experience in the building automation industry -preferred
- Experience in dispatching technicians - preferred
