**Line Cook / Prep Cook**

Reports To: Executive & Sous Chef

**Food & Beverage Department**

Mill Run’s Food & Beverage Department is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to help us provide golfers and diners a first-class experience.

You must be reliable, outgoing, and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Line Cooks /Prep Cooks**

Cooks will handle food preparation for a busy Pub Restaurant and Banquet Facility.

Required to work a variety of shifts: Weekdays, Weekends, Mornings and Late Evenings.

Food handling experience required.

Part-time & full-time shifts avail.

**Reliable transportation to and from work is essential there is NO TRANSIT.

You will be required to work in any capacity in addition to the line, dishwashing responsibilities including inventory, washroom cleaning and general maintenance.

You must be able to lift or move heavy objects as required.

Ensure that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized at all times.

Assure all side duties are completed, including all cleaning of equipment and storage areas.

Perform other duties as required.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
