**Job description**

Do you have spare time and a critical eye when it comes to cleanliness? We're looking for a few additional contractors to handle the turnovers for our Airbnb properties. We require good availability throughout the week and on weekends. We currently have a need to fill multiple turnovers across Ottawa, Gatineau and Carleton Place on occasion. You will need a vehicle. Pay is between $25-$30/hr (paid weekly via direct deposit) and clean lengths vary between 1 to 5 hours. Start time is almost always 11:15am. In a nutshell, your role would be ensuring it's in perfect condition for the next guests (cleaning, laundry, checking supplies, staging pillows, etc). We also require you to be open to constructive feedback. Airbnb cleaning is not like regular house cleaning.

We are extremely nitpicky and need a team member with high attention to detail, and excellent work ethic. You're responsible for making it gorgeous and earning a glowing cleanliness review from our guests You also will be comparing photos to reality and noting if any items appear to be missing or broken.
