E-Commerce Coordinator (Hybrid) - BEMMA Design Inc.

The Ecommerce Coordinator is a key contributor to the growing success of BEMMA Design Inc. In this role, you will support the online merchandising and day-to-day demands of the B-2-B e-commerce business. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional that is looking to take ownership and grow within a rapidly growing business.

POSITION DETAILS
- Main point of contact for the B2B e-commerce accounts.
- Lead, analyze and report on the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns, advertising and promotions
- Assist the Director of Ecommerce with KPIs and other sales reporting
- Coordinate the set-up process of new items
- Monitor existing assortment on all ecommerce sites
- Assist in identifying new ecommerce opportunities
- Work in parallel with customer service team to guide them through portal orders, inventory conditions, shipments, tickets etc.
- Be the “Go to” person on all ecommerce accounts

Qualifications:

- Min. 1-3 years experience with e-Commerce vendor portals (ex. Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock etc.)
- Adaptability/Flexibility - Works constructively under pressure, responds resourcefully to change and maintains a confident and constructive outlook
- Stays focused and maintains quality when handling multiple tasks at the same time, knowing when to consult others with critical viewpoints or experience to help make key decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Great project management skills; being able to initiate projects and drive them to completion
- Self-starter, proactive, and displays initiative
